Remote Audiobook Recording With an Award Winning Producer and Engineer
You do not need a commercial studio around the corner to capture professional narration. For approved projects, we ship a curated microphone and interface kit, provide a practical setup guide, and schedule a supported session around your voice, space, and manuscript.
During the session, our engineer can join via secure screen share with your permission, assist directly on your computer, and record into a Lunar Mansion workflow or coordinate within your own recording system.

ACX publishes requirements for consistent audio and formatting, including a human narrator, one chapter or section per file, -23 dB to -18 dB RMS, peaks no higher than -3 dB, a noise floor no higher than -60 dB RMS, and 192 kbps or higher CBR 44.1 kHz MP3 delivery. We prepare and quality-check files against the applicable requirements, while ACX makes the final acceptance decision.
Yes. Send a representative chapter and project details so we can assess the recording condition, editorial needs, narration consistency, and delivery target. We can build a post-production plan for an entire book or a defined set of chapters.

No. Houston authors and narrators may arrange an in-studio session, while remote recording and post-production are available nationwide for approved projects.
Timing depends on the manuscript length, condition of the raw recording, editing depth, and delivery deadline. After reviewing a sample and project scope, we provide a practical production plan and timeline before work begins.
Our service is designed for professional human narration. ACX states that unauthorized text-to-speech, AI, or automated recordings are prohibited for ACX titles unless otherwise authorized by ACX.
