Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Lunar Mansion Studios' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
To book a session, you must provide accurate contact information and project details. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit the booking fee. No-shows will result in forfeiture of all fees.
Session rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Session payment is due in full before the session unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Available payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed by the studio. Invoices are available upon request.
The Remote Mixing & Mastering order builder displays the fixed checkout total for the selected service and options before payment. Completing checkout authorizes that displayed total; it does not authorize later charges for work that has not been approved.
For the combined $350 Remote Mixing & Mastering order, full payment is due at checkout. The first mix is delivered in 3–7 days after both payment and all required audio files and project notes are received. Two revision rounds are included for changes within the original submitted scope. New files, alternate versions, or material changes outside that scope are reviewed and approved before any additional work or charge.
The studio-session cancellation and rescheduling policy above applies to scheduled studio time. Remote-service timing, scope, and any requested change are handled through the project record and written confirmation from the studio.
All content on the Lunar Mansion Studios website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lunar Mansion Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You retain all rights to your original recordings and materials. We retain rights to production techniques and mixes created during your session.
In no event shall Lunar Mansion Studios or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lunar Mansion Studios' website, even if Lunar Mansion Studios or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on Lunar Mansion Studios' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lunar Mansion Studios does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Lunar Mansion Studios may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Lunar Mansion Studios has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Lunar Mansion Studios of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
