Matt O'Neil is a Houston-based audio engineer and music producer with over a decade of professional experience. His work spans multi-platinum hip-hop records, Grammy-nominated pop projects, and just about everything in between.
His engineering philosophy is simple: serve the song.
Matt founded Lunar Mansion Studios to bring major-label production quality to Houston's independent artist community. The studio runs a professional-grade signal chain, custom GIK acoustic treatments with Guilford of Maine finishes, and a workflow refined across thousands of sessions.
Beyond engineering and production, Matt teaches audio engineering and music production, mentoring the next generation of Houston producers and engineers. His teaching pulls directly from real-world experience on major label projects.
